Job summary

Form3 is seeking a Reporting & Data Analyst for a six‑month fixed-term contract to enhance Customer Service reporting in AWS QuickSight and to build trusted, reusable datasets for self‑service analytics across the organization.

You will work across teams to improve data quality, automate reporting, and document governance and knowledge transfer for future scalability, delivering within a focused six‑month engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, BI Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on dashboards in AWS QuickSight or similar BI tool.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for reporting and data transformation.
• Experience consolidating data from multiple sources for self-service reporting.
• Ability to work independently in a six-month engagement.

Responsibilities

• Complete and enhance the Customer Service reporting suite and dashboard in AWS QuickSight.
• Design, build and document reusable datasets for multiple reporting use cases.
• Integrate key business systems into curated reporting datasets.
• Translate stakeholder questions into clear data and dashboard requirements.
• Establish consistent metrics, definitions and reporting logic.
• Automate manual reporting and reduce data preparation.
• Validate reporting outputs and investigate data-quality issues.
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams and support a longer-term roadmap.
• Experience building dashboards using AWS QuickSight or comparable BI platform.
