Job summary

Form3 is seeking a Reporting & Data Analyst for a six-month fixed-term contract. You will enhance the Customer Service reporting suite in AWS QuickSight, build reusable datasets and integrate multiple data sources to support self-serve analytics across the organisation.

The role requires hands-on dashboard experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and the ability to translate stakeholder questions into clear data requirements within a focused engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst or BI Analyst roles.
• Hands-on dashboard development in AWS QuickSight or similar BI tool.
• Proficient with SQL and Python for data transformation and reporting.
• Able to work with multiple data sources and translate stakeholder needs into reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and document reusable datasets for reporting use cases.
• Develop and enhance the Customer Service reporting suite and dashboards.
• Integrate key business systems into curated reporting datasets.
• Validate outputs, document data quality and provide knowledge transfer.
