ICP Search in the UK is seeking a Data Analyst for Player Recruitment to strengthen its elite sports recruitment function. You will work with recruitment, technical and sporting leadership to turn data into actionable insights across the full player acquisition cycle.

The role involves building models, combining event, tracking, physical and contextual data, and producing clear reports and visualisations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in professional football or elite sport
• Experience with football datasets and tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL or Python
• Ability to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations for sporting stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Build analytical models to support player identification and evaluation
• Combine event, tracking, physical and contextual data to assess performance and potential
• Produce clear player reports, visualisations and presentations
• Develop position-specific benchmarks and shortlists aligned to the playing model
• Support due diligence on prospective signings
• Collaborate with scouts to blend quantitative insight with live observation
• Improve data workflows, reporting processes and analytical tools across recruitment
