Job summary

Howden is seeking a Data Analyst to join the UK&I data team on an 18-month fixed-term contract to support a large-scale policy admin system migration. You will prepare data, monitor KPIs pre- and post-migration, and provide data-driven insights to protect customer and business outcomes.

Key tasks include data manipulation, quality checks, risk identification, and collaboration with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful delivery and measurable impact of the migration.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with large insurance datasets and policy administration systems is desirable.
• Familiarity with Databricks data processing and analytics.
