Job summary

Stott and May Inc. is seeking an experienced D365 CE Technical-Functional Consultant for a fully remote, Europe-based role operating in a global CRM team.

You will work across both functional and technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, shaping solutions with stakeholders and hands-on delivery. The contract runs for 6–7 months with a daily rate of €350–€390, and you will support CRM consolidation and ongoing transformation initiatives while collaborating with product

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
• Experience across D365 CE Sales and Customer Service.
• Experience in functional consulting and technical/development environments.
• Experience delivering D365 CE enhancements or project work.
• Strong Power Automate / Cloud Flow experience.
• Good understanding of Dataverse.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into practical D365 solutions.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
• Experience in consultancy, implementation or project delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Work across D365 CE Sales and Customer Service, supporting both functional and technical requirements.
• Analyse business processes and translate needs into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Configure and extend D365 CE, including tables, forms, views, rules and workflows.
• Develop and support Power Automate solutions.
• Support CRM enhancements and platform optimisation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver D365 CE solutions.
• Investigate and resolve complex application issues.
• Support integrations between D365 CE and other enterprise apps.
• Contribute to CRM consolidation and other projects as they develop.
• Maintain clear technical and functional documentation.
