Job summary

Zabota is hiring a remote Full-time designer to craft D2C Meta static ads for ecommerce brands. You will produce multiple ad concepts (about 8 concepts with 5 variations each) and design across the range of D2C static formats while staying faithful to brand guidelines.

You will work directly with a creative strategist in your pod and ensure first drafts are ready to ship. The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience with D2C Meta ads, a strong eye for design, fluency in Figma, and a keen

Qualifications

• Experience designing D2C Meta static ads with a portfolio.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy and conversion-focused design.
• Experience following brand guidelines and assets.
• Proficiency in Figma and ability to critique own work with rationale.
• Reliable to briefs and able to deliver first drafts ready for review.

Responsibilities

• Produce ad concepts in volume (about 8 concepts with ~5 variations each).
• Design across D2C static formats (bold headlines, product images, trending styles, etc.).
• Collaborate with a creative strategist to execute briefs correctly on first pass.
• Adhere strictly to client brand books (fonts, colors, guidelines).
• Draw inspiration from leading D2C brands and adapt successful formats.
