LM RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS LTD is seeking a motivated Technical Account Consultant to join the team, based mainly remotely with occasional travel to client sites and the Tewkesbury office. The role offers progression toward ownership of strategic client relationships and commercial opportunities.

Ideal for graduates or early-career professionals seeking to grow technical and commercial cyber security skills. You will handle routine client inquiries, coordinate sales activity and support service

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of cyber security, technology or consultancy.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Comfort engaging with clients to capture requirements and follow through on actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for professional client-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Act as professional point of contact for routine client enquiries and follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, update opportunities and client notes.
• Coordinate client meetings, scoping calls and internal handovers.
• Understand client environments and cyber security objectives to support service discussions.
• Translate client requirements into service options and prepare proposals or quotations.
• Produce client-facing materials and ensure accuracy and timely production.
• Communicate value and outcomes of services clearly to clients.
• Support delivery teams to clarify engagement scopes and smooth the journey from enquiry to delivery.
