Job summary

Cyberis Reply is seeking a motivated Technical Account Consultant to join our sales team. You will manage routine client inquiries, coordinate sales activity and support clients in understanding and gaining value from cyber security services.

The role offers a development path from junior account management to full ownership of strategic client relationships, with guidance from experienced colleagues and occasional travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification or demonstrable practical interest in cyber security, technology, business or account management.
• Foundational knowledge of modern technology gained through degree, apprenticeship, placement or early career experience.
• Experience preparing written material such as reports, proposals or client communications.

Responsibilities

• Act as a professional point of contact for routine client enquiries and manage follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity updates and client notes.
• Coordinate client meetings, scoping calls and internal handovers.
• Translate client requirements into service options and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Contribute to bid or ITT responses with guidance from senior colleagues.
