Job summary

Nivoda is a global B2B diamond and gemstone marketplace enabling jewelry retailers to connect with trusted suppliers. This 6-month FTC remote role involves resolving customer inquiries with a focus on fast response times and customer satisfaction.

You will work across live chat, WhatsApp and email, collaborate with multiple departments, and drive improvements in customer experience in a fast-growing, international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in online customer support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask across channels and platforms.
• Customer-first mindset with 100% ownership.
• Proactive and forward-thinking with problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration across teams.
• Spanish or French proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via live chat, WhatsApp, and email.
• Handle day-to-day client issues related to logistics, orders, and website bugs.
• Collaborate with other departments to address root causes of issues.
• Meet team KPIs for resolution and response times; contribute to personal and team growth.
