Job summary

Nivoda, the global B2B diamond marketplace, is seeking a Customer Support Executive to ensure a seamless journey for customers across live chat, WhatsApp and email. You will own inquiries related to logistics, orders, and website issues, acting as the voice of the customer inside the company.

This 6-month FTC role is fully remote in the UK or Spain with flexibility in GMT hours; we value proactive problem solvers who collaborate cross-functionally and can adapt to a fast-growing scale-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in online customer support, live chat, and calls.
• Experience with Zendesk is required.
• Strong ownership and customer-first mindset.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues promptly and keep response times low.
• Adapt to a fast-paced scale-up environment and product releases.
• Be measured by team KPIs and set personal KPIs.
• Collaborate with other teams to address root causes of issues.
• Answer inquiries via live chat, WhatsApp and email.
