Job summary

Core-Asset Consulting is working with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisers. There are opportunities across two areas of the operation: administration and telephony.

Both roles are focused on delivering a high standard of service and positive customer outcomes within a fast-paced operational environment. Based in the Gyle area of Edinburgh, these contract roles run until the end of May 2027.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service, administrative or operational environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to process information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and adviser requests accurately and within agreed service levels.
• Investigate and resolve customer and adviser queries, liaising with internal teams and stakeholders where required.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in line with business procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a first point of contact for advisers and customers through telephony and digital support channels (telephony role).
• Support outbound customer contact and complete customer requests (telephony role).
• Handle inbound customer and adviser queries once fully trained (telephony role).
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
