Job summary

The Recruiters Room is seeking a Customer Consultant for a full-time position in the Greater London area. You will handle quotes and day-to-day enquiries from customers, with no cold calling and some administrative tasks.

The company offers training and development with potential career progression. Starting salary ranges from £27,000 to £30,000 depending on experience, and the role includes a standard Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend hours during training.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience within either a retail or hospitality environment
• Minimum grade 6 or equivalent in Maths and English at GCSE level
• Proven team working skills either from
• Good written and verbal English

Responsibilities

• Speak to customers about quotes and day-to-day enquiries.
• No cold calling.
• Some administration and paperwork will be involved.
• There is potential for progression through training and development.
