Job summary

JDR Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for a Remote Customer Service Advisor to join our outsourcing client team. This is a full-time, 37.5-hour per week ongoing temporary role with potential to secure a permanent contract.

You will handle inbound calls, resolve queries and complaints to a high standard, and update customer records accurately. A Windows 11 or later device and wired headset are required, with a quiet home workspace and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service (call centre, retail, hospitality).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to learn new systems.
