Job summary

Shell Energy is seeking a Customer Operations Insights Analyst to develop data-driven insights, reporting and models that support operational performance and strategic decision making. You will monitor KPIs, forecast demand, identify bottlenecks and drive cost reduction through automation and improved data quality, governance and regulatory reporting.

Collaborating with stakeholders, you will translate complex datasets into clear recommendations that improve customer outcomes and business

Qualifications

• Proven experience in analytical/operational insights roles in B2B energy.
• Strong data analysis and modelling with advanced Excel; SQL/Python experience.
• Experience building dashboards and automated reporting (Power BI or similar).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytical models to understand trends, performance, and risks.
• Produce MI, dashboards, and insight packs for operational and senior stakeholders.
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.
