Job summary

Tavus is building the human interface for AI, and is seeking a Customer Engineer to own and build at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers. You’ll dig into root causes, unblock customers, and ship fixes or features that improve the Tavus experience.

You’ll work with founders, product teams, and engineers to shape the experience, push for better approaches, and ensure production-ready deployments. Compensation is attractive and the company supports hybrid/remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience building customer-facing features that impact production systems.
• Ability to own end-to-end customer problems from discovery to production.
• Strong engineering chops with comfort across frontend, backend, and integrations.
