Job summary

The Cruise Globe is seeking a highly experienced Cruise Advisor to join our fully remote UK team. You will manage high-intent inbound inquiries from the Globe platform and Emma Cruises’ audience, from first contact to a confirmed booking, building lasting relationships and driving repeat business.

You will report to the Head of UK Agency and work with a sales support team to focus on advising and closing while maintaining brand integrity across our community.

Qualifications

3+ years directly within cruise industry.
Proven history of personal cruise sales with 7-figure annual volumes.
CRM discipline and data integrity.
Ability to work remotely and asynchronously.
UK market knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

Advise and close high-intent inbound cruise bookings end-to-end.
Design itineraries and quotes, and close bookings across mainstream, premium and select luxury lines.
Be the primary contact for guests, keep CRM records accurate and up-to-date.
Work in a fully remote, fast-paced environment with async communication and QA standards.
