Job summary

KM Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Credit Control Tutor / Assessor to deliver and assess Apprenticeships in Credit Control remotely on a 3-month FTC basis.

You will hold recognised Assessor and Teaching qualifications and bring experience in delivering Apprenticeships, ideally in finance or business sectors, with strong IT literacy and a focus on developing learners' skills. This remote role offers flexibility and the potential extension.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
• Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above: PTLLS/AET.
• Experience delivering Apprenticeships, ideally within the finance or business sectors.
• Occupational experience within credit control, debt recovery, or financial operations - with an understanding of credit management.
• Must be IT Literate.

Responsibilities

• Teach/assess learners working towards Apprenticeships in Credit Control and Collection.
• Meet Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
• Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
• Support learners through to gateway, ensuring they are prepared for successful completion of their EPA.
