t2 Group is seeking a dedicated professional to support learners on apprenticeship qualifications. The role involves teaching, coaching and assessing learners, including workplace observations and feedback, with remote delivery and planned visits to workplaces.

You will ensure progress, prepare learners for end-point assessment, and support Maths and English skills while promoting safeguarding and wellbeing in a safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above qualification in health and social care.
• At least two years' recent senior-carer-level experience.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with learners and employers through regular reviews and engagement.
• Deliver teaching, coaching and assessment sessions aligned to apprenticeship standards.
• Carry out workplace observations to assess practical competency.
• Review learner work and give timely, constructive feedback.
• Support learners with Functional Skills in maths and English where required.
• Prepare learners for end-point assessment.
• Monitor learner progress and ensure qualifications are achieved on time.
• Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and a safe learning environment.
