Job summary

Digital Waffle is seeking a Creative Lead to run design output for a major enterprise technology account. This senior role requires ownership of creative direction, leading a team of designers and acting as the client’s trusted creative partner.

Focus on motion-enabled PowerPoint, scalable design systems, and high-quality templates across a high-volume workflow. You’ll lead and mentor designers, shape briefs, and ensure brand standards while staying current with PowerPoint, Adobe, and AI

Qualifications

• Senior-level presentation design experience in B2B communications.
• Evidence of dynamic, motion-enabled PowerPoint work with animations.
• Range across formats: in-person keynotes, pitch decks, templates and reusable systems.

Responsibilities

• Set creative direction across the account’s day-to-day work and lead design on key projects.
• Act as a trusted creative advisor to senior client stakeholders, leading presentations and workshops.
• Reframe briefs to produce stronger outcomes and challenge thinking constructively.
• Build scalable asset repositories, template libraries, and design systems for high-volume output.
• Own creative decisions across live work, keeping speed without compromising quality.
