Perk is seeking a Senior Business Travel Consultant to enhance the experience of business travelers and expert in Galileo or Sabre GDS systems. You will be part of our Customer Care team, focused on delivering a 7‑star service and revolutionising corporate travel management.

This is a fully remote role with occasional in-person days at our Birmingham hub. You will manage travel bookings, amendments and cancellations, communicate via live chat, phone and email, and mentor junior colleagues while

Competenze

• Expert knowledge of Galileo or Sabre GDS systems, including reissuing tickets (manual & automated).
• Fluency in English, written and spoken, is essential.
• Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant or equivalent in travel industry.

Mansioni

• Provide first-class service to business travelers and manage bookings, amendments and cancellations.
• Arrange European and domestic travel including flights, cars and hotels.
• Work independently to handle client inquiries and provide solutions without supervision.
