Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in corporate law with technology & AI focus.
• Proven drafting and advocacy skills.
• Ability to generate work via contacts and BD initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and able to grow a client following.
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Partner handling complex corporate matters with a tech/AI focus.
• Develop and pursue new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Lead on transactions and strategic advisory for technology & AI clients.
