Job summary

NatWest Group in Nottingham seeks an Assistant Relationship Director in Corporate Banking to build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers across the East Midlands.

You’ll book appointments, prepare well-researched collateral for meetings, and collaborate with colleagues in our Nottingham office, with a minimum two days on-site and the remainder remote. The role includes access to externally recognised qualifications to help you excel in your career.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of corporate banking, including related systems, processes and products.
• Ability to work with limited supervision on routine banking tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to meet customer deadlines and manage expectations.
• Understanding of credit and lending principles.
• Ability to prepare high quality pitch documents and bring insights to customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with services and sales portfolio administration focused on attracting new customers.
• Identify opportunities to benefit customers and prospects with products and services.
• Be a point of contact for other teams within the bank.
