The role requires strong negotiation skills, high-level legal acumen, and the ability to work independently within a distributed team to manage risks and ensure robust corporate operations.

Qualifikationen

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa is required.
• Minimum 5–7 years post-qualification experience in corporate law, M&A or related field.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Solid understanding of corporate governance principles and South African company law.

• Manage and execute corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and corporate documents.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance best practices and compliance matters.
