Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.
• Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial and international contracts.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and company law.
• Experience with M&A transactions and corporate restructurings is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, remote-work capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate international contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Manage legal aspects of corporate restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with multinational and South African laws and regulations.
• Oversee external counsel and advise sales and BD teams on contracts.
