Job summary

QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner for a fully remote role in residential property. The position offers a salary of £40,000–£50,000 DOE and a permanent, full-time contract.

Remote Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer – Fee Earner - Residential Property

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE

Location: Fully Remote / Work from Home

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a market-leading residential conveyancing firm in a fully remote conveyancing role.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced conveyancer looking for a genuine work from home conveyancing job, offering a manageable caseload, excellent administrative support and access to some of the most advanced conveyancing technology available.

The Role

The successful candidate will join an established team of five conveyancers and three dedicated conveyancing assistants, taking responsibility for a varied and complex residential property caseload.

You will handle approximately 70 files at any one time, with a deliberate focus on quality and complexity rather than simply maximising file numbers.

Your caseload will include:

• Freehold sales and purchases
• Leasehold sales and purchases
• Complex residential conveyancing matters
• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
• Providing high-quality client service throughout the conveyancing process
• Managing your own caseload effectively and working to deadlines
• Working closely with your dedicated conveyancing assistant

About You

You will have around 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing and be confident handling complex transactions with minimal supervision.

You may be a:

• Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
• Licensed Conveyancer
• Conveyancing Legal Executive
• Experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner

You will have strong technical knowledge across freehold and leasehold transactions, excellent attention to detail and the ability to independently manage a busy caseload.

The successful candidate will be commercially aware, highly organised and comfortable working remotely while maintaining excellent communication with clients and colleagues.
