Job summary

Law Staff is seeking a Remote Conveyancing Fee Earner to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. The role offers fully remote working, a competitive salary package, and a bonus/incentive scheme with flexible hours and ongoing training and development.

Candidates must have proven experience working remotely within a law firm environment and the ability to manage their workload independently and effectively.

• Proven experience working remotely within a law firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing from instruction through to completion.
• Handle an average of 25 new files per month with a dedicated paralegal, or 18 files per month when working independently.
• Work closely with onboarding and post-completion teams to ensure a smooth, efficient process.
• Deliver excellent service to a loyal client base and trusted network of referrers.
• Ensure all transactions are handled with precision, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and remotely, without direct supervision.
