Job summary

Parexel in the UK is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee contract lifecycle across accounts, coordinating with Operations, Project Management, Legal, Finance and Business Development. You will prepare, review and negotiate budgets and Start-up/Change Orders, and act as the primary client contact during negotiations and throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills, with knowledge of ICH/GCP and clinical trials; role

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in contract management, proposal development or related field.
• Knowledge of clinical trials and/or industry experience is required.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP in the provision of clinical trials is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with strong oral and written communication.
• Good numeracy and analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage the contract process across multiple accounts with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare, review and negotiate budgets and contractual documents.
• Serve as primary client contact during negotiations and project lifetime.
• Develop account-specific contract standards and templates.
• Coordinate with Finance on budget changes and system loads.
