Job summary

GamCare is seeking a thoughtful Content Creator to develop clear, engaging digital content that supports people affected by gambling harms. You’ll turn complex information into accessible materials for self-help resources, online communities, and campaigns, working with our UX and Online Service teams.

You’ll combine creative writing with accessibility best practices and use feedback and analytics to continually improve content across platforms while ensuring tone is inclusive and accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience creating, editing and managing content across digital platforms.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
• Understanding of digital accessibility and effective online engagement.
• Experience with content management systems or willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to use feedback and engagement data to evaluate and improve content.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, engaging digital content to support people affected by gambling harms.
