Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in corporate law.
• Experience across a broad range of corporate transactions.
• Able to generate work through referrals and business development.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and client-focused.
• Desire autonomy and flexible working arrangements.
• Comfortable with fee-share consultancy model.

Responsibilities

• Advise on broad corporate matters and manage client relationships.
• Deliver high-quality legal advice and contribute to business development.
• Develop personal client following and generate additional work via network.
• Operate within a fee-share consultancy framework.
