Crawford & Company is seeking a Construction Liability Adjuster EL/PL (TPI) to manage high-value UK claims with potential overseas elements. The role blends desk analysis with site visits, coordinating surveyors, lawyers and experts to build comprehensive case plans in a remote-friendly environment.

The successful candidate will manage claims end-to-end, maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development while ensuring service quality and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Receiving and acknowledging new claims.
• Market for existing and new business lines.
• Prepare case management plans and coordinate visits to Insured, Brokers and claimants.
• Prepare reports with policy analysis, liability and quantum.
• Visit sites, interview witnesses, and prepare witness statements.
• Instruct and coordinate surveyors, lawyers and experts as needed.
• Communicate with all parties, process interim payments and reports.
• Develop relationships with clients and identify opportunities for new business.
• Maintain up-to-date files and awareness of regulatory changes.
