Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for PAS2030 Inspector to join very successful organisation who provides certification, inspection and training services nationwide and globally.

Duties:

  • Carry out quality inspection to comply with the required surveillance rates in line with performance objectives and department KPIs.
  • Good Health and Safety practice and awareness of relevant regulation, providing briefing notes as appropriate.
  • Carry out customer guarantee complaint investigations in timely manner and prepare detailed reports of findings, conclusion and resolution.
  • Complete required surveillance of installers in accordance with companies process.
  • Complete client review documents maintaining a record.
  • Ensure all reports are submitted in a timely and effective manner in line with SLA
  • Comply with all procedures and processes and identify when changes and updates are required.
  • Working as a team to communicate and support the company vision whilst working closely with managers and colleagues.
  • Act as a mentor and trainer to colleagues when required and make suggestions to develop products and customer service.

Skills and Experience:

  • In depth knowledge of the energy efficiency industry, technical requirements and standards, including knowledge of insulation systems and techniques.
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety issues and the PAS and MCS standards.
  • NVQ in energy efficient measure is essential.
  • Ideally MCS qualified, however Training may be available for the right candidate.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Demonstrate good IT skills and ability to analyse data and prepare reports.
  • Good interpersonal skills, documentation and administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • To undergo training and development in line with the needs of the business.
  • Clean driving license.
