Job summary

Komplex Care Limited is hiring a field-based care assistant to support adults and children with complex needs in their homes across the community. You will provide personal care, companionship, and practical support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and the Operations Manager.

The role offers a pay rate of £15.93 per hour for a 36-hour week, with two 12-hour shifts and two 6-hour admin days, and access to comprehensive benefits and ongoing career development.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in health care is desirable.
