Job summary

Komplex Care Limited is hiring a dedicated care worker to provide compassionate, nurse-led home care to clients with complex needs in their own homes. You will work 36 hours per week, including two 12-hour shifts and two 6-hour admin days, ensuring continuity and high-quality care with dignity and respect.

We offer ongoing training, career development, and supportive management to help you grow within a compassionate, person-centered organisation that puts clients first.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF in health care is desirable.

Every client receives dedicated attention from their own Operations Manager and Registered Nurse, ensuring continuity, compassion, and the highest standards of care in their preferred environment. Qualifications
