Job summary

Komplex Care Limited is hiring to support clients with complex needs in their own homes. The role offers 36 hours per week across two 12-hour shifts and two 6-hour admin days, with pay at £15.93 per hour.

You will join a nurse-led, person-centred team committed to dignity and independence. We provide ongoing training, support, and clear opportunities for career development within a compassionate, community-focused organisation.

Qualifications

• You’ll be providing care and support to a client, with Personal Care required as part of daily routines.
• Experience or training in health and social care is beneficial.

Every client receives dedicated attention from their own Operations Manager and Registered Nurse, ensuring continuity, compassion, and the highest standards of care in their preferred environment. You ll be providing care and support to a client, whose individual needs include: Personal Care

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF in health care is desirable.
