Job summary

Komplex Care Limited seeks compassionate carers to empower people with complex needs to live independently at home with dignity and purpose.

You will provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, working 36 hours per week across two long shifts and two shorter admin days, with comprehensive training and ongoing development provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF in health care is desirable.

Pay rate: £15.93 per hour Working Hours: 36 hours per week / two 12-hour shifts & two 6-hour days for admin Komplex Care stands at the forefront of national care provision, delivering high-quality, nurse-led, person-centred care in the comfort of our clients' homes. We specialise in supporting both adults and children with complex conditions ranging from but no limited to spinal injuries, brain injuries & behaviour that may challenge. Every client receives dedicated attention from their own Operations Manager and Registered Nurse, ensuring continuity, compassion, and the highest standards of care in their preferred environment.
