Job summary

Komplex Care Limited is seeking care professionals to join our team in Wales. You will provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, following tailored care plans and ensuring dignity and independence.

The role offers 36 hours per week across two 12-hour shifts and two 6-hour admin days, with supervised career development and access to training. We value commitment to high-quality, compassionate, client-centred care, with 24/7 GP access and wellbeing benefits to support you

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF in health care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to client.
• Follow individual care plan and report changes.
• Coordinate with registered nurse and operations manager.

Qualifications
