Job summary

Komplex Care Limited is seeking a care assistant in Ipswich to provide compassionate, client-centered in-home care. You will support a client with complex needs, delivering personal care and following individualized care plans to preserve dignity and independence in the home.

We offer ongoing training, strong support, and clear opportunities for career development. Pay is £15.93 per hour for a 36-hour week, with two 12-hour shifts and two 6-hour days for admin tasks.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health Care is desirable.
• Commitment to compassionate, person-centred care.
• Full time role with consistent shifts (36 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to the client in their home.
• Follow care plans and maintain client dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF in health care is desirable.
