Komplex Care Limited is seeking compassionate carers to provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes across our commissioned services.

You will work in a client-centred environment, delivering high-quality, nurse-led and person-centred care with a focus on dignity and independence. Training and career development opportunities are offered to develop your skills and advance your career.

Pay rate: £15.93 per hour Working Hours: 36 hours per week / two 12-hour shifts & two 6-hour days for admin Komplex Care stands at the forefront of national care provision, delivering high-quality, nurse-led, person-centred care in the comfort of our clients' homes. We specialise in supporting both adults and children with complex conditions ranging from but no limited to spinal injuries, brain injuries & behaviour that may challenge. We strive to provide tailored complex care with a personal touch. Every client receives dedicated attention from their own Operations Manager and Registered Nurse, ensuring continuity, compassion, and the highest standards of care in their preferred environment. We are equally committed to our team, offering meaningful training, continuous support, and genuine opportunities for career development.

You ll be providing care and support to a client, whose individual needs include: Personal Care

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF in health care is desirable.
