Job summary

Komplex Care Limited is recruiting carers to provide high-quality, nurse-led, person-centred care in clients' homes across the UK. The role involves assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and implementing individual care plans with compassion and professionalism.

You will join a team dedicated to empowering people with complex needs to live independently and with dignity, supported by ongoing training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF in health care is desirable.
• Caregiving skills and compassionate bedside manner may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living tasks as part of a nurse-led, personalised care plan.

Pay rate: £15.93 per hour Working Hours: 36 hours per week / two 12-hour shifts & two 6-hour days for admin Komplex Care stands at the forefront of national care provision, delivering high-quality, nurse-led, person-centred care in the comfort of our clients' homes. We specialise in supporting both adults and children with complex conditions ranging from but no limited to spinal injuries, brain injuries & behaviour that may challenge. We strive to provide tailored complex care with a personal touch. Every client receives dedicated attention from their own Operations Manager and Registered Nurse, ensuring continuity, compassion, and the highest standards of care in their preferred environment. Qualifications
