Job summary

Boltz is seeking a Community Lead to nurture and grow our global scientific and developer community around open-source AI models. You’ll engage with researchers and ML practitioners, create technical content, and feedback into product and growth teams.

This outward-facing role requires strong communication, hands-on community platform experience (Discord, GitHub, forums), and empathy to help users succeed with Boltz tools while shaping a welcoming, active ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to communicate with technical audiences (scientists, developers, ML practitioners).
• Experience with developer or open-source communities (Discord, Slack, GitHub, forums).
• Comfort creating content (tutorials, demos, walkthroughs, posts).
• Empathetic and user-focused—enjoy helping people solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Engage daily with Boltz community across Discord, GitHub, and other channels.
• Support users in getting started and troubleshooting issues.
• Contribute to open source models and repositories.
• Create technical content (guides, notebooks, videos, demos).
• Help run community programs, events, and activations.
• Foster a strong, collaborative community culture.
