Boltz is seeking a Community Lead to nurture and grow our global scientific and developer community around open-source AI models. You’ll engage with researchers and ML practitioners, create technical content, and feedback into product and growth teams.
This outward-facing role requires strong communication, hands-on community platform experience (Discord, GitHub, forums), and empathy to help users succeed with Boltz tools while shaping a welcoming, active ecosystem.

We deliver these capabilities through Boltz Lab, our platform for running our latest models and design agents as reliable, production-grade tools. Boltz Lab is designed around real chemistry and biology workflows, so teams can start from a target and a hypothesis and quickly generate, evaluate, and rank candidate molecules.
As Community Lead, you will be leading the interactions of Boltz within the global scientific and developer community, as well as helping maintain our open-source models. You will work both on our open-source models and users as well as as our product users, engaging with them, helping them succeed with Boltz models and turning their feedback into insights for product and growth. This is a highly outward-facing role: you’ll be active in community channels, create technical content, support users, and help shape the culture of the Boltz ecosystem. You will work closely with the Head of Community & Growth Marketing, product, and research teams to ensure that the community remains engaged, supported, and continuously growing.
