Qualifications

• Experience with general insurance products, services and classes.
• Knowledge of London Market, Lloyd’s and wider industry.
• Strong client relationship management and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage client renewals, gather information and negotiate terms.
• Grow your book of business by identifying new opportunities.
• Build relationships with brokers for competitive terms meeting client objectives.
• Visit clients as needed and maintain excellent service and communication.
• Handle queries and credit control matters, escalating when needed.
