Qualifications

• Proficient in scripting with Python, Bash or PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and networking.
• Automate routine support tasks with scripting to improve incident response times.
