Job summary

Bristow Holland is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join its infrastructure team in a fully remote role. You will be hands-on in a predominantly Microsoft Azure environment, focusing on reliability, scalability and performance of production systems.

Key technologies include Azure, Kubernetes, Linux and MongoDB, with a broader emphasis on automation, monitoring and production support. A bonus up to 10% is available based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Managing, maintaining and improving Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Supporting Kubernetes/AKS and containerised environments.
• Working across Linux production systems.
• Supporting MongoDB/NoSQL environments.
• Monitoring infrastructure performance, availability and capacity.
• Troubleshooting complex cloud and infrastructure issues.
• Supporting incidents and carrying out root-cause analysis.
• Managing upgrades, patching and security updates.
• Using automation and Infrastructure as Code to improve environments.
• Working closely with development and wider technical teams.
