Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Associate RTSM Specialist to support RTSM solutions in global clinical trials. You’ll coordinate updates, resolve issues, manage timelines, and support sponsors throughout the study lifecycle.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, sponsors, and partners to maintain data integrity, patient safety, and compliance while delivering high-quality RTSM services. This role offers remote work for UK/US candidates across time zones.

Competenze

• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum 1 year of RTSM experience and at least 2 years in a CRO/pharma environment.
• Experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical setting.
• Knowledge of RTSM study design, randomisation methodologies, and just-in-time drug supply.
• Understanding of clinical trial conduct, blinding, patient safety, data integrity, and regulations.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Manage RTSM study amendments, ensuring timely, in-scope deliverables per quality standards.
• Coordinate RTSM project activities with sponsors, study teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as primary escalation point for RTSM maintenance, driving issue resolution.
• Monitor randomisation processes to ensure accurate execution and study integrity.
• Create and execute UAT plans and involve sponsors in testing.
• Review and approve study support materials, helpdesk docs, and system deliverables.
• Conduct financial reviews and support budget management for change orders.
• Support ongoing operational activities as required.
