Job summary

Discover International is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to lead the operational delivery of Phase I–IV trials for pharmaceutical and biotech sponsors in the UK. You will manage cross-functional teams and drive study timelines from start-up to close-out.

You will own end-to-end trial management, line-manage CRAs/CRCs, oversee budgets and vendor oversight, ensure ICH-GCP compliance, and coordinate sponsor communication and risk escalation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in clinical trial management within CRO, pharma, or biotech.
• Experience line-managing CRAs/CRCs.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and UK/EU trial regulations.
• Experience managing study budgets and vendors.
• Experience in oncology, rare disease, or cardiovascular trials.

Responsibilities
