Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a seasoned Clinical Study Manager to lead end-to-end trials in support of AI training initiatives. This fully remote contract role focuses on maintaining study timelines, budgets, and quality across multiple vendors and partners.

You will coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams, proactively manage risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the full trial lifecycle while contributing to AI health research objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a clinical trial project manager with budgets and timelines.
• Ability to oversee vendors, CROs and external partners in complex trials.
• Strong multitasking across multiple workstreams while ensuring quality and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones and deliverables from start to finish.
• Oversee study budgets, forecasting and cost tracking across vendors and partners.
• Coordinate with CROs, sites and internal teams for smooth study operations.
• Identify risks, resolve operational issues and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Apply operational expertise to AI-related healthcare research initiatives.
