Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Principal Clinical Scientist (AI Training) for a fully remote hourly contract. You will design and review regulatory-grade clinical trial protocols to support AI training and evaluation, and ensure data integrity for regulatory submissions.

You will interpret trial results, audit analyses for regulatory relevance, and provide expert feedback to improve AI reasoning on clinical data. Flexible, autonomous schedule with potential for ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and review clinical trial protocols used to generate high-quality, regulator-ready datasets for AI training and evaluation
• Interpret and audit clinical trial results to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with regulatory standards
• Evaluate AI-generated clinical analyses for scientific soundness and regulatory relevance
• Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI models reason about clinical trial data and real-world outcomes
• Work independently and asynchronously - fully on your own schedule
