Job summary

Isomorphic Labs seeks a Clinical Contracts Manager to lead outsourcing and contract activities for clinical development. You will negotiate complex vendor agreements, manage budgets, and collaborate across Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Legal to ensure compliant trial execution.

You will drive CTAs with sites, oversee budgets, and assess AI tools to streamline contract lifecycle management in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Science or Finance preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in clinical outsourcing, contracting, procurement, or finance in pharma/biopharma/CRO/clinical research.
• Knowledge of clinical trial execution, CRO outsourcing models, and regulatory guidelines (GCP/FDA).
• Oncology and/or Rare Disease experience required.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management & Contracting: lead outsourcing, RFI/RFP, and vendor agreements with favorable terms.
• Clinical Trial Execution & Site Support: negotiate CTAs, manage budgets, and partner with sites/CROs to meet timelines.
• Risk Management, Compliance & Governance: monitor scope, address risks, ensure FMV and regulatory adherence.
• AI tools integration: assess and onboard AI solutions to assist contract lifecycle management.
