Job summary

Masimo, part of Danaher, seeks a field-facing educator and sales-support specialist to educate customers on Masimo products, demonstrate value, and lead deployments. You will train users and present to clinical teams, communicating Masimo’s vision with impact.

You will travel up to 60% across the territory, partnering with Account managers to advance market penetration. A nursing diploma is preferred, with diverse clinical experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• Prior sales/clinical support experience required.
• Direct experience in customer interactions and presentations.
• Nurse diploma required; other disciplines considered depending on experience.
• Travel up to 60% with valid license and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Educate Masimo customers on products and solutions.
• Train new and potential users; transfer knowledge effectively.
• Demonstrate products and position against competitors; train partner sales forces.
• Organise and run customer evaluations/deployments with Account Manager.
• Collaborate with regional team to expand sales and market penetration.
